The Firm
About Studio Legale V&V
Studio Legale V&V was founded in 2010 in Soverato by Avv. Mariangela Varano, later joined by Avv. Domenico Valenti.
In 2013, a second office was opened, strengthening the firm's presence across the region.
The firm operates primarily in the District of the Court of Appeal of Catanzaro and in the national territory, and can count, for matters of national scope, on a network of professional correspondents.
Values and approach
The firm's practice is grounded in shared values: professional independence, diligence, fidelity to the mandate, and professional decorum. Each matter is handled with equal attention, regardless of its economic value or legal complexity.
The client relationship is built on transparency: the steps of any course of action are explained clearly, costs are communicated in writing, and clients are kept informed throughout the duration of the mandate.
Before pursuing judicial proceedings, the firm always evaluates the viability of alternative dispute resolution — civil mediation, assisted negotiation, direct settlement — to reduce time and cost for the client while effectively protecting their rights. When court proceedings are necessary or advisable, the firm provides rigorous technical representation through every phase of the civil process.
